First off, the overall artwork pops nicely with it's earth-tone color cast.
Nothing too flashy, but it's not dull. I like it.
The bright green of the dragoness's eye is a nice contrast with the brown and tan of her skin.

The anatomy of the dragon's face works good, although to me, the eye seems a bit higher than it should be.
Classical dragon styles position the eye just below the portion of the skull where the horns connect to.
However, dragons are made-up creatures, so it's up to the artist to decide how they should look.

The coloring is well done, no sharp edges, but I would have preferred that the shading in this piece be harsher, and the edge line a bit cleaner.
Looking up a shading tutorial never hurt the artist, and it's always good to practice with realistic soft-shading.
The dragon's jaw is firm, muscular, but the maw still holds the ability to show emotion, such as her slight smile in her lip fold.
From her angle, her other horn should be showing slightly (Unless it is broken off, if so, I am sorry.)
The background fits, although a bit repetitive and pixelated when full-sized.

Overall, this is a well-drawn headshot, definitively a favorite of mine.
