Continuation of my final project for my drawing class. Toned paper [grey], charcoal [vine, pencil, white], and chalk [white] so far.

Assignment is to do a self-portrait [18in x 24in, more or less] from observation with a mirror, using charcoal, that must include a hand or a foot.

Those papers will have this poem of mine written on them-- and thankfully, my professor is going to let me use something other than charcoal (like a pen or probably a fine point marker) to write the text, which will make the text a lot more legible once I get there.

But yeah, this is going a lot more quickly than my midterm-- already finished the body, barring any touch-ups. And I started it... Saturday night? I'm proud of this. :3

Gonna tackle the face next, or at least enough to get advice from my professor concerning proportions and such.

Not that anybody has so far, but any observations or suggestions would be quite helpful. <3
