I disagree. Gothitelle has a simple design for a reason. It doesn't need much more than that glare, that dress, and those ribbons. If anything, I think you could've done better with the Liligant one by adding flowers similar to the one on it's head as a sort of bow or perhaps just more, smaller rounded leaves. Just keep to the motif and it should be good. Though the Jellicent one makes a fair point that not all of them NEED ribbons of some sort. The lacy nature of Jellicent lends itself well and the pokemon doesn't have anything that could be used to further the motif on it. So that one works well without ribbons. 

The Gardevoir one though, it seems great! You used the crest well in the design, you used the hairstyle it has, you kept that signature gothitelle glare, and you combined the simple designs wonderfully. I can clearly tell what such a variant of Gotitelle would be. It would be a bit of a kuudere/tsundere. It can sense feelings, but it has a harder time showing feelings. It always looks mad, but that's just how its face is. It looks to the stars for guidance n how to bring peace to those in troubled emotional states and pulls from the sight into the future to take action when needed and do nothing when necessary. It might be the perfect embodiment of the sentiment that sometimes sad people just need their space for a bit. That's what it is good at.

Well, to be fair, the fact that it has like a tiered-dress shape was the very reason why I wanted to do these.
I wanted to use only Pokemon that also looked like they were wearing dresses and see if I could make them also tiered.
And it worked for some! Not so much for others. XD

Got quite many other pokemons it can mix with but not many with dress shape. 
^^,  Might have put yourself into a corner since you can made other types of cloths than just dresses but I like the result.
+ Also a nice challenge .

Kinda afraid tho to be hugged by Empath ... so many sharp spikes 0.o;

I figured only dresses would really go well with a Gothitelle which is like 90% dress and then a head and some arms. XD
