I've had this on my messages for a long time now and I peek at it from time to time, its really a great shot, it has a lot of feeling in it because of the colors and vastness of the horizon... i really like it

The horizon cuts halfway through the photo, which I think is great. The colors are wonderful and with the tree (I think that's what it is) in the background you really get a great sense of depth. Great shot.

I nearly can
like something out of a dream, an excellent dream, where you wake up at 5:00 am and try to fall back asleep and dream about the same place a little longer.
stunning shot, pretty thought provoking.

It's not bad. It does take good pictures but it's also quite large and a little burdensome when walking around with it all day. I think it's a good idea to also have a point and shoot (compact) digital camera around if you get a D50. But the shutterspeed and battery life are AMAZING. If you can afford it, I would look into it. If not a Nikon D50 maybe look into a Canon. But the D50 is definitely good.

GOOD! Yeah, I have a point and shoot. Shutter speed, battery life, and quality are all horrible, so yeah, I'll probably get a D50. Thanks for your reviewish thing! xP

Don't forget, a Canon Digital Rebel or whatever has 8 MP while a Nikon D50 only has 6.1 MP. I still wish I could give Canon a try because most of the best photographs taken on this site were with a Canon something-or-other. But Nikon has always seemed like the best makers to me. If only I had more money to know the truth!
