Looks like the 'Butcher's Wharf' area of the Thames South Bank. If I'm right the street name is 'Shad Thames' and it's just to the side (East/left) of Tower Bridge's South Tower.

Thanks I'll have to go have a look. There's a similar stretch on the north bank - not so many bridges between buildings though. I don't go south of the river much

No, neither do Cabbies and when they do it's only to try and run over unsuspecting cyclist like me
Well next time you're near the Tower of London, head to Tower Bridge, (from the direction of the Tower) use the stairs to get to the left side of the bridge, walk across and on the South Side use the stairs their which will take you down onto Shad Thames. Head left (east) literally for about 1 minute and you find what you seek. Namely old inter-warehouse sky-bridges. As a lot of the units are now swanky apartments some of the bridges are used as gardens! Nice work if you can get it.

That's a good symmetric capture and I like the way the sunlight enters the narrow passage way.
