My god, I love this picture, but I'm kind of torn at the same time. I have a hard time liking realism for Itachi because of the bags under his eyes, but I think you pulled it off great. I especially love the arm. I don't know why, but I think it may be because the shading is just right. I love Itachi. XD

You brought Itachi to life. Just from the pose and his concentrated face you can guess his personality and see what kind of a man he is. It really fits him.
