Robot Electro Jones' possession by the Central Purifier comes to an end when it turns out that the vile human-hating machine had conspired with Ned the Necromancer to create a new body in the event that Robot refused to let him use his body to kill organic life.

Ned also explains that he's the reason the Central Purifier is back in the first place. Venus de Milo of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, still affected by the vampire bite from earlier, is not at all pleased that the villain who was once a recurring nuisance in her life has now gone and done something truly heinous and destructive by allying himself with a robot desiring to kill all organic beings.

As soon as the Central Purifier enters his new body and Robot's friends and family show up to aid in the fight, Ned the Necromancer realizes that he's gone too far and tries to get out of here, but the Central Purifier makes it clear he'll simply kill Ned once he's finished off everyone else.

What happens next is that Robot and C.P. start singing a take-off of the song "Duel Duet" from Shock Treatment, the unofficial sequel to The Rocky Horror Picture Show. The Central Purifier continues ranting on how he's disgusted with Robot fraternizing with humans in spite of the ways they've wronged him in the past, while Robot gives the rebuttal that the Central Purifier's hatred of organic life does not excuse his atrocious intentions and that he's still an irredeemable monster who must be stopped.
