Venus de Milo of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hears from Ned the Necromancer that Richter the Ruthless is the one behind all the conflict she's been dealing with. Because she's been a vampire so long, she feels tempted to feed on Ned's blood, but fortunately lets him go and has Donatello inject her with the cure.

Courage and Robot Electro Jones ask Venus how the rest of her family is. Venus explains that they're all trick-or-treating as we see a glimpse of Michelangelo with his son Michelangelo, Jr, who has gone has his father's favorite cartoon character Cowabunga Carl for Halloween.

Not long after Venus realizes that it's likely Richter the Ruthless is out to get her loved ones, Shirley the Medium brings up that there also may be some conflict happening Sheep and his love Swanky, as like Courage and Shirley, they are also a married couple awaiting parenthood.

Venus panics over how she can be everywhere at once, but Robot assures her she can simply go ahead and help out her relatives while the other heroes help Sheep with his problem before they reunite.
