Iniznam Niatpac goes on to explain to his captives (Rupert Bear, Baron Egon Baconburger, and the Madballs Screamin' Meemie and Freakella) his plans to submit them to his will by somehow turning them into Garbage Pail Kids. As an example of his insane scheme, he shows card artwork for Ralphin' Rupert and Mucky Meemie.

Screamin' Meemie expresses how baffled he is at Iniznam daring to attempt a ridiculous plan and calls the evil wizard crazy. Iniznam simply replies that the Garbage Pail Kids would be crazy if they think they can win this time.

Split Kit, Double Heather, Schizo Fran, and the WereBears (Fang, Gums, Grizzler, Howler, and Growler) then make themselves known. Iniznam belittles the WereBears, but immediately regrets it when they change before his eyes. Ali Gator, meanwhile, assures Rupert Bear that he and the other captives will be untied. Rupert is most grateful to be rescued.
