I wanted to make this picture about two obscure Addams characters- A tall, bald man with big round eyes and a short woman in a coat with messy black hair, a pointed chin, and an eerie grin. I am certain few Addams Family fans would recognize these people, so I decided to add Gomez, Morticia, Thing T. Thing, Cousin Itt, Cousin Itt's wife Margaret, his stepson Tully Alford Jr., and his son What as padding.

I wanted to include Lumpy, Uncle Fester, Grandma, Pugsley, Wednesday, Pubert, and Lurch, but I wanted to get this done ASAP because all I really want to do today is play some Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon.

The couple that are the centerpiece of this picture were from Charles Addams' original New Yorker comics, though they made their debut a little bit after the more famous 1960's television show aired. They were never given any names, so I took the liberty to name them myself. The short woman is Cousin Petite, sister of Cousin Itt. Her husband's bulging eyes inspired me to name him Cornelius as a pun on cornea.

I am pretty sure that these two never appeared in any other Addams media, but I am not so sure after reading some articles on the Addams Family wiki. The wiki has articles on the members of the Addams Family that make cameos in the movie. They were never named and I missed a lot of them. Anyway, I noticed two relatives that cameoed in the movie had descriptions matching this obscure couple: The toad-like Slosh Addams and his short wife Lois. I do not remember them, but I will keep an eye out for them the next time I watch the movie.

I drew the couple because I like their weird appearances, and I am hoping that they make cameos in Tim Burton's upcoming take on the creepy and kooky family, which might be a possibility since it has been said that the movie will be influenced by Charles Addams' original cartoons.
