Brainy Brian has given some useful items to the WereBears (Fang, Grizzler, Howler, Gums, and Growler, Gums and Howler not pictured) and the Garbage Pail Kids Split Kit, Double Heather, Schizo Fran, and Ali Gator. After supplying the WereBears with lunar pills to enable transformations without a full moon, Brainy Brian is encouraged by his assistant Odd Todd to give the Kids "Nasty Surprise in a Can", but he stresses that it should only be opened when needed.
The Kids and the WereBears find the lair of the evil Iniznam Niatpac, which is guarded by the evil Garbage Pail Kids Bad Brad and Max Axe. Patty Putty appears to lend a hand and uses her stretching ability to restrain the two punks while the other Kids and the WereBears sneak in.
We then see that in addition to the WereBears' creator Baron Egon Baconburger (the balding guy in glasses), Iniznam has also captured Rupert Bear and the Madballs Screamin' Meemie and Freakella.
Who knows what this magic madman is up to?
