Iniznam Niatpac is completely overwhelmed by the biting and scratching from the WereBears (Grizzler, Gums, Fang, Howler, and Growler), so Split Kit of the Garbage Pail Kids throws Briany Brain's invention Nasty Surprise in a Can at the evil wizard after Ali Gator confirms that he's untied the Madballs Screamin' Meemie and Freakella, the WereBears' creator Baron Egon Baconburger, and Rupert Bear.

The "nasty surprise" turns out to be a face full of garbage, much to Iniznam's mortification. Rupert promptly arrests Iniznam, explaining that he is affiliated with a branch of Interpol that focuses on dealing with the unusual. Screamin' Meemie and Freakella also take the opportunity to inform Rupert that the Madballs plan to stage a concert in Nutwood.

Rupert Bear states that he would like them to share their music with Nutwood and expresses hope that one of the songs they play is the Beatles classic "When I'm Sixty-Four". He also impresses Screamin' Meemie and Freakella by informing them that he actually met Paul McCartney once, which is intended to be a reference to the animated short film "Rupert and the Frog Song".

P.S.: I am aware that Paul McCartney had the misfortune of his wife leaving him before he turned 64, but that still doesn't change how sweet and endearing that song is.
