The Biker Mice from Mars and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles go after a weapon with the intent of destroying it before it can be used for evil, but they find out that the Turtles' enemies Shredder, Krang, and Lord Dregg are also looking for the weapon in hopes to use it for their own ends.

After getting rammed by Vinnie's bike after Throttle states he isn't afraid of Old Tin Grin, the Shredder decides to make a tactical retreat. Krang agrees on the grounds that they know nothing about the Biker Mice and were therefore unable to prepare for their battle strategies.

Dregg, on the other hand, refuses to give up and explains that he is certain he will use the Quantum Putridizer to put an end to the rebellion against his deceased mother Maligna's forces on Jupiter's moon Europa.

Venus de Mil asks what he is talking about and he explains that ever since his mother's death, a rebellion is being led by Dregg's half-brother Mantrix. It is also stated that Mantrix has recently found an ally in Willow, a teacher from the planet Arachnos.

Vinnie begins to suspect that the Biker Mice and the Turtles have more in common than he thought, considering both of them have alien invaders among their foes.
