Thank you. It's all in the books. After killing Bonhart, she takes the 3 Witcher medallions he has upon him. She gives the griffin one to Yen, the wolf one to Geralt(who lost his original medallion) and she keeps the cat one for herself (when she meets them the cat medallion is already around her neck).
