It's a joke. I know someone said those horrid armors will be used on extras and that the main characters will have nice outfits. However, nothing will stop me from laughing at the 'scrotum armor'

Yeah kinda hard to take one seriously if you look like a giant sex toy...
Also that armor looks so bulky, it's a wonder how anyone moves in it? They might as well be a dildo at that point! A dildo for a giant...Oh god...Now I'm just thinking of this horrible scene in an anime with this giant dude and well lets just say the giant punishes little dudes in an unspeakable way....I'll leave the rest for the imagination...

Yeah...it does look bulky. The helmet looks big and long too. The whole thing is top heavy (bulky armor, big helmet) and legs are unprotected (just pants and boots) which makes the first half of the body appear even bigger. A simple black armor (without the wrinkly stuff) and a different shape of helmet (as far as I remember from the books Nilfgaardians wear winged helmets) would have been better in my opinion. Since it is rumored that this armor will be for extras( a person on reddit claims to have talked with Tomasz Bagiński who said he doesn't like the armor and that the main characters will have more detailed armors/outfits....but the person didn't show any actual proof about the conversation lol). I wonder did they just purchase these armors second hand or did they have a designer who made them for the show?Why did the designer use wrinkly stuff? Who approved of this design? Even if it will be worn by background characters, I will still laugh when I see them on screen.
