I couldn't help but throw out this question;
When one is working on a cosplay, how much, if any makeup should they use for a character like America or Germany? The liner/makeup you use in this photo brings out the 'anime' really nicaly, but how do I get makeup and Germany to work? ;D

Sorry for the late reply. I don't really know, to be honest. Germany is a very masculine character, it's going to be pretty difficult to pull him off well with make-up. ):
