Description
For school, the topic was book cover. I chose Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden.I was halfway through the first painting when the file got corrupted and everything was lost, somehow from that frustration I went turbo and redid this new one in about a day.
Anyway the format sorta works as a wallpaper too, so enjoy!

Wow, there are so many mixtures of different effects, it seems impossible to have ever been made. @.@ It's amazing, and I love the red color, and how the different details flow into one another.

Amazing work! *A* I love that book, Memoirs of a Geisha. I read it two years ago in 6th grade, and I thought it was so beautifully written. I saw the movie beforehand, and unless you read the book first the movie is very confusing. It didn't really spoil anything for me since I didn't know what was going on in the movie. XD;

Currently I'm reading Snow Flower and the Secret Fan which seems similar to Memoirs of a Geisha in writing style, but I like Memoirs of a Geisha more.
