Finally I got off my butt and put my tablet to good use. CGing can be quite fun sometimes, I just can't stand the pain that develops in my shoulder and neck after a while >_<.If I have time, I'll do a watercolor version of this as well.
Done using Painter 9.

I love her expression, the colors, and how delicate and flowy the cloth is.. ^^ Her staff also fits perfectly her pose, everything in this piece looks in harmony.. ^^

Beautiful work with this image. I love the colors. The pain in your shoulder will go away with use. Also you may need to set up your chair and desk for maxium comfort on your arm.

As for the pain in neck and shoulder, I know about it, got the same problem. I've heard it's a matter of breathing, when you're sat down your tablet on your lap, you breath with small, repetitive breathings, and that prevents all your muscles from getting enough oxygen. And those who are working the most at this moment (neck and shoulder), eventually complain.
Try to take a few long, deep breaths, every now and then you are working on the computer. If your neck already aches, you're sorta screwed, and need to go lay for a bit and breathe deeply, until it passes. You can also try to lift your arm high upon your head and breath for a time.

Breathing eh? I will give it a try.
But I think the main reason is because of the setting of my monitor and my eyesight. My cmputer table is one where the monitor sorta drops down and one has to lean over it to view it. And thats not good cos my eyesight isn't very good and I have to lean furthur to get a good look. All that combined makes for a bad posture.
Thank you for the help though, I will try the breathing thing, maybe it will help much better. Thank you ^^!
