At first. He asked me for comic commissions with this OC and when I was done sketch it. He said that he could pay it in soon. But He didn't have money right now....And it's been half year now and he can't pay even for one page. But he still keep telling that he can pay...And he was use many big words. Like if this commission done. He will commission this. He will commission that. And showing many idea for picture...But it might be a lie to gain your trust too.
Here a sketch of comics he commission me

After half year. Around this time. He ask me for another commission. It's a card commission. Price of this commission isn't to high so I think he might can pay for it. But I was keep telling him that

I know a few people who have dealt with the scammer
he is a jerk and acts like a freaking 2 year old
if you do wanna do anything for the child make sure to ask for payment before you do ANYTHING
THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU
THEY HAVE STATED MORE THAN ONCE THAT ALL THEY WANT IS FREE STUFF OF THEIR OC
The pony ocs name is Catherine I believe

and this is pretty smart to destroy the reputation of the oc

I would tell the commissioned artist you didn't approve of the person using your oc and to not do it
and also point them towards the journal
