A commission for ~Mango-RainShe had asked for me to draw one of four characters that she listed. And I chose "Chat Noir."
My apologizes on the amount of time you had to wait! I hope you like it! The window concept came to me at random, I know there's a warped perspective, but it nicely frames the picture so!
