and your comments/critics! I didn't ever quite thought I would get a DD with this work. It really took me days to "finish" it but only one second to come up with the concept. I had to look up through tons of wonderful stock accounts to find what I needed... Anyway... thank you all, *NunoDias

[/EDIT]In my opinion it is not finished yet but I need to step away from this one for a while and then look at it to figure out what's missing. I'm kinda sneezy and it was not helping at all
I know, this is a little bit darker than most or any of my previous photo-manipulations but this was the result and it's not like I planned it. There's a lot of contrast and an ambiguos concept. I know there are warm and cold colors that shouldn't be in this work but they were needed to create a division...
The hole in her stomach was designed by me.
Well, I'm hardly ever satisfied anyway.

this is really interesting, i was wondering if you could maybe explain the meaning behind it?

It is about putting an end to a relationship when you still like someone but you don't feel like you're loving that person as you should. You feel like you're stabbing that person on their back when you knew that it would hurt a lot but you feel like there's no choice... something like that. It's a very personal point of view, and it also deals with some sort of duality that is more complicated...
I didn't put this as description, precisely because I like to know what people think of this one.

As I told another deviant before: "(...)the girl is breaking up with someone. She would feel like she was stabbing him in the back because thet had lots of plans and suddenly she just didn't feel the same about him (no more butterflies) and even though he would do everything for her, she just couldn't take it any longer. So, even though it was a merciful stab, she has the conscience that it was painful for him and she didn't want him to suffer but he wasn't that happy with her either."
It's too complex and personal to just explain it and make you feel what I feel when I look at this. sorry
