Commission for a dude of my university.He asked me for a pic of the new female protagonist of Pokemon Black and White 2.
Okay, Now I wanna share my opinions about B&W2:
First, the female protagonist. I admit it: I like this girl. I mean, I like her clothes, she's cute, and she has a really weird hair. But still, I prefer Touko as the female protagonist of the B&W games. I tought Touko was going to be again the protagonist, but just with a new design. But when I saw that it was another girl, I said: "Hmm... that's sad, but I like her design". I didn't and still don't give a crap about the male protagonist. About the gym leaders: Again, I tought they will be the same leaders but with new designs, but, nope: New gym leaders.... "Okay, makes sense. making the same game wouldn't count as a sequel, just another revision, like a hypothetical "Grey Edition". I like the rockstar girl. she's cute. I don't give a damn about the water type leader.
Now, what I didn't like at all:
I HATED the rival. He just looks like a generic ace trainer. Besides, seems like he's going to be a douche. I really liked the past rivals. Cheren and Bel, were pretty cool (Especially Bel!) But now, with this generic douche... fail, what a fail. I just hope for this game to have a female rival again.
AND I REALLY HATED THE NEW PROFESSOR!! I mean, what's up with his design?! I'm normally open-minded about crazy character designs, but he's just.... UGH!! Why you didn't use Professor Juniper again?! why this cheesy futuristic guy?! WHAT THE HELL?!!
But anyway, except for those two fails, the game looks pretty cool. Now I wonder if there will be a new Elite 4, or a new one....
Anyway, hope you like this pic.
Edit: It's official, her Japanese name is Mei, so I already changed the tittle of the pic for her name. Now it's time to wait for her american name.

Procedo a darte una critica a su consideracion, si considera que he errado en algo sientase libre de ignorarlo y continuar leyendo. Espero le sea de alguna utilidad esta critica.
Primero Las proporciones, es algo en lo que podrias mejorar, la mano izquierda es muy grande al igual que su cadera, recuerda que el ancho de una cadera femenina es un poco mayor que el ancho de sus hombros.
Segundo, buen trabajo con las iluminaciones en la ropa, excelente trabajo en ese aspecto. Pero las iluminaciones del cabello dan algo mas que desear. Excelente trabajo en la ropa, puedes mejorar a la hora de darle luces al cabello.
Tercero la cabeza, su barbilla es muy corta por lo que te recomendaria dibujar ambas orejas de manera que se vean parte de sus orejas debajo del cabello.
Como ultimo me hubieras gustado que se viera su cola izquierda, ya que solo se ve la derecha y al ser moños (colitas de cabello) tan grande no es posible que no se divise la cola izquierda.
En general es un gran fan art de uno de los nuevos nuevos entrenadores de Black & white 2. Me gusta tu estilo.
Espero esta critica te sea de ayuda y espero ver mas de tus trabajos.

^^ Muchas gracias. por tu crítica. Siempre aprecio cuando me dicen qué hago bien, y qué debo mejorar. Ahora permiteme exponer tus puntos:
1. Las proporciones. Hace algunos meses escribí un journal en el que exponia el por qué de las proporciones de mis dibujos (Ya que muchas veces lo dicen) así que escribí ese journal para dejar algo en claro: Lo sé. Se que las proporciones se ven raras. Se que a veces se ven un poco exagerados los cuerpos. Lo sé, lo sé muy bien. pero eso es algo que hago a proposito. ¿Por qué? Me gusta darle un aspecto más caricaturesco a mis dibujos, y darle mucho realismo no es algo que se me dé o me agrade hacer en un dibujo. pero tienes razón con la mano izquierda. aún practico las manos y todavia se me dificultan un poco en dibujar.
2. Te doy toda la razón con el cabello. Eso no lo discuto. las iluminaciones del cabello siempre se me han dificultado y s algo en lo que continúo practicando.
3. De nuevo, estilo caricaturesco.

Actually, and this is a bit spoilery, so read with caution:
If it makes any difference, the rival is actually not douchey at all! He has a bit of a temper at odd times that sometimes gets the best of him, but he's really humble otherwise from what I can tell so far. He's a nice guy, and doesn't even really strike me as standoffish like his design makes it seem like. And, for a nice change of pace, your relationship with him is not all that competitive, but more of a bond of reliance. So it's actually more like Brendan and May from Ruby and Sapphire, but Hyuu is less bland than the NPC of whoever you didn't choose in R/S, and has an actual flaw and defining characteristics.

I'm in agreement, haha. I was all set to not care about this guy at all, but he's turning out to be really nice, even though his most prominent trait is his temper and impulse decisions. It's a very, very refreshing switch, since you don't fight him very much, either -- twice at the beginning of the game (once as the honorary Your Very First Pokemon Battle, and the other time not much later to test you, but he gets kind of sidetracked after that), and again as part of a mandatory tournament.
I'm only about five badges in at this point, but that's still pretty impressive compared to Cheren and/or Bianca, who would ambush you every route or so. ><

Yeah. I'm proficient enough at Japanese to read and roughly understand what's being said, though. Most Pokemon games are pretty straightforward, and BW2 is no exception, though I think being able to know what the text is saying is helpful here, especially because there's some updates and development you can only get the gist of from dialogue.

me refiero a que uno sabe asta que punto seguir las criticas (dentro de un marco estricto)
no todo en la critica le sirve a uno, porque uno sabe que es lo que quiere para su estilo
si te gusta el estilo toon que maneja(que es interesante) podrías mejorar un poco, agregarle detallismos o mejorar algunos
yo lo decía porque las manos no me gustaron... aquí , pero eso no quiere decir que no me guste
a mi me encanta el manga guiado al stilo toon o el estilo toon
