Well there are no female characters in TF2 itself (apart from the supplimentry materials)...maybe she is supposed to be a female version of the spy.

Team Fortress 2. It's a multiplayer FPS with class based gameplay. Basically the idea is each side in the game (it's multiplayer only) needs to co-operate and choose their classes to beat the other team (for example there are engineers who can build sentries, medics who can heal teammates, pyros who can set enemies on fire, spies who can backstab for one hit kills, etc).

No, it's for the PC. There are also PS3 and 360 versions, but the 360 version hasn't had any of the updates to the gameplay (there's been tonnes of free content released for the game by the developers since it came out but MS won't let them release it for the 360 unless they charge for it) the other two have and it's mostly designed for the PC.
It's made by Valve (the same people who run the Steam service and made Half Life).
