Well let's see, I myself happen to know Dedede, Bublasaur, Amaterasu and Sly Cooper (though it might shock some that i've never played a sly game, nor even spyro)

Sly Cooper is my second favorite game, second to Okami XD
The trilogy is really good, you should try them sometime ^^
The Spyro games are great too, I just couldn't fit him in here XD
