Hey y'all! Did you guys miss me??
Sorry I like disapeared for days, Alot has been happening (As I posted on my last depressing jornal...) and I diecided to take a break from DevaintART
I can't make any promises I'll be here often posting new work everyday, But I won't stop drawing ^^.

Heheh~, Don't worry, you're not ruining my "fun". ^^ It's interesting hearing other people's perspectives on things, you know? Although, I don't think Steven is "dumb", he's just naïve and socially oblivious due to the fact he's usually isolated in the gem temple by the gems; Charmy filling the role of Steven Universe doesn't sound like a bad idea though, I can def see it working out.

I thing its still fair to call Steven Dumb mostly because he knows his own weaknesses and how there screw him and others over but doesn't thing improving them would help (this by the way goes back to Mirror Gem were in basically for Peal summed up why the series has such a slow progress) as well as the fact that isolation really isn't an argument he is all the time for years interacting with the people of Beach City and even sometimes helps out his dad (as seen in Cornis introduction episode) not to mention that since he was band from Tv did he read a lot of Books.
But yes Charmy really is filling the steven role a lot better.

Hmm, you do bring up a good point considering the fact that Steven DOES interact with the people of beach city often.
I suppose being "isolated" isn't a valid argument. However, he is just a little kid. (Some may argue 14 isn't that young though.) I think Steven is too nice for his own good (thus making Lars somewhat bully him, of course this was before Lars became cool.)
But, hey!~ At least Steven is finally asking the crystal gems questions. (Like, pink diamond. So kudos to Steven. )
So, in my own words. I just think Steven is way too nice/naïve. heh.

If him being no nice and naive works good for you can't really say this for my self given that one of my favorite super Heroes is Captain Marvel (Dc) who is 10 and the text book definition of being Nice.
Also would be really nice if Lars would have stayed cool for longer than half an episode but as always with lars as soon as the Camera pans away from him is all of his development undone.
Just took him 4 seasons sometimes does this show feel incredibly padded out but hopefully does Steven's new fund want to ask follow up questions finally cause the speed of the series to increase a bit.
