It's sort of a lazy trick. I mean, yeah, you're using MS Paint, but... It's still pretty lazy.
Also, don't save digital work in JPEG format. You get a lot of loss when you upload, which manifests in the form of all that messy pixelation in the color. Try PNG format next time.

hmmm... First of all you are right that it is lazy, and I cry because you are right. Second I don't know too much about computers or everything about MS paint either. So if you want to help me out I will be willing to listen to you. no matter what you say it won't hurt my feelings... much... I do have to get better and there is no way I can, if i'm being lazy all the time.

Well, you could always pick up the ol' pencil and buy a sketchbook. You can't copy+paste, then!
As for changing file format, there should be a drop-down menu in the dialog box that comes up when you go to File>Save As. JPEG is good for photographs, and sometimes black and white stuff, but if you've got a digitally colored piece, you're gonna want to go with a lossless format, like PNG.

Alright got you on the saving thing. I would like to tell you that I draw a whole lot better by hand than MS Paint. The only reason why I use it is because I post stuff on this site. Well I did posted a few pictures on the Web, but I used a Digital Camra. It didn't turn out so bad, I think that I can get though pictures and show you them. I just love to draw, and I love to show people what I draw.
