no just a crappy one made by mei liked zun's old style so much i am drawing windows characters in it WHY
i'll fix it cause she needs to be fatter.
EDIT: made her fatter and added a half assed background
EDITEDIT: added eye shading i forgot OTL
EDITEDITEDIT: pointed out a good mistake, cirno's ribbon is green in touhou 6 and that's the design i was using.
