/Quick Update/ HEY GUYS IM IN CSSSA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's actually a lot of fun here, a good amount of work, some of us more than others. My roommate, is in animation, and she's up for hours doing shtuff after we get back to our dorms. I try to help when I can, but unimportant. I just wanted to let you guys know (without making a journal) that I'm doing great and I'm working and will hopefully get some good quality pictures of my "Work 'n' WIPs" while I'm here at CalArts ^^ /update end/

SO in my design class (amazing teacher and amazing class btw), we were asked to pick out a title from a whole list of random album titles, and then make an album cover on an 11'x11' piece of cardboard, without ever seeing the actual album cover, or hearing the music. I chose Rain Dogs. I drew a dalmatian getting his spots washed off by the rain.

I know my approach was literal, representational, or whatever. But I really like things to be clear, but not simple. I want my idea, and the image to illustrate it, to come across as exactly what you might think, but be full of detail.

Anyway, enjoy! Tell me what you think~ ^^

Medium: Acrylics, pencil, micron pen, watercolours
Size: 11'x11'
Time: At this point, about 4 hours. I have yet to do the letters, and then touch-up here and there. The on to the next project, a diorama. I'll make a journal on that soon.
