Man I spent a around 10 minutes double checking the rules and FAQ and didn't see anything about it, only to find that that rule was stated in the old news journal. >.< Sorry about that! ;^; I'm rather new to Cinnas so I'm a little bit unfamiliar with some of the rules. >.<
