I can use non-pixel art as the background for a doll. Dolls don't even go under "PIXEL ART". They go under "customization", "dolls", and then you select "own base", "adopted base" or "base".

I can't. I don't have PhotoShop or anything to do it with. All I use is MS Paint. But I respect your decision and will find another. Thanks anyway!

those are all well and good, but it's talking about a scale not suited to the picture i'm making. I don't have the time to do something like that on something much bigger, in addition to the doll.
