My first tutorial !!
I made new shading style yesterday and realy like it so i decided to make this tutorial !!!
I've put it into the Photoshop category, but even MS paint shall do
I hope it is usefull for you!

EDIT: fixed the typo, and also changed the background pattern a bit!

Just so, the only way i have to show examples are emotes. D:
You can mix up another tut and this one to get the eyes / mouth. i have did it myself >_<, it's pretty fun,

the same colours you used for outline (+ some REALLY light green if you want thoe realistic eyes.)

Just make vertical lines with 4, or 3, even 2 or 1 pixels and mouth.

there's a free program which i use called GIMP. since you have to pay fro photoshop, and ms paint doesn't have transparent backgrounds, GIMP is what i think is the best so far

just make it pixel by pixel. also ms paint can do circle like this, make canvas size 15*15 pixels and drag a crircle from corner to corner and you should have exactly the same result!
