My first tutorial !!
I made new shading style yesterday and realy like it so i decided to make this tutorial !!!
I've put it into the Photoshop category, but even MS paint shall do
I hope it is usefull for you!

EDIT: fixed the typo, and also changed the background pattern a bit!

Great work, although in the future I would suggest leaving the color choice open. Telling users what HEX code to use is useful for beginners, and hopefully they can make their own choices when it comes to different colors.
All in all, great work! I really love how your outlines are not all one color. I might start doing that.

I have putted the colors there because the shades are not from one palete.

Interesting style...though a bit hard for me as i don't have experience whit the emotes...i still use gradients =3

Looks realy good! Yellow are the hardest to make, because it often goes to some shades of destratuated yellow/gray/black but not in that one!

Try it in MS paint then!
I animete it in Adobe Imageready.
