<< PLEASE READ >>So everybody keeps asking for Nathan Fillion to be the actor who will play Nathan Drake in the Uncharted Movie, but I'm sorry, I believe he is a good actor, charming enough and all, but a little older than Drake, don't you think? So I made this deviation to⦠PROPOSE someone else for the role. And I REALLY THINK that Jensen Ackles would be a Perfect Nathan Drake. He is a tremendous actor (underrated really) handsome, charismatic (when he plays really good characters like Dean Winchester), physical and he can do humor without being "too much", just as the Uncharted Hero. I don't know... I looooooved the video games, I'm in love with both Jensen Ackles and the character of Nathan Drake, and I really believe in the great potential of that upcoming adaptation of a video game. So please, not an NTH crappy-mark-wahlberg-max-payne-movie! Do not kill the Uncharted Licence. Thank you

I hate that Fillion is using his fans to "lobby" for the role and pressure the casting directors to cast him as Drake. Β I really wish actors would stop treating movies like they're popularity contests. Β Audition for the role like a REAL actor and if you're meant for the part, they'll give it to you. Β Ugh. I could not agree more
I'm not even sure if the rumors of an Uncharted movie are true or not, but I can't understand why so many people want Nathan Fillion to play Nathan Drake. Though he is a good actor and all, I agree that he isn't suited for the role. Now that I think about it, having Nathan played by an actor so much older than his character would probably be very confusing and bring Sully and him closer together in age, pretty much eliminating the teacher/student relationship the Uncharted series is based around.
I've seen a lot of people also suggesting different actors for his role and your choice is BY FAR the best! They look extremely alike and it's true, Jensen Ackles isn't as well known as he should be, given his acting skills and he has a some what 'Chris Evans' humor that people really love but he keeps his own style which would be great to see since we haven't seen any new actors/actresses emerge as of late and a lot of the big time actors are becoming a bit uninteresting. Though I'm not saying ALL well known actors are becoming repetitive, I'm just saying that seeing some new, young actors start taking stage would be very cool to see :]

I totally agree Jensen Ackles should play the role of Nathan Drake. He would be perfect for the role, he is young, in shape, he looks like Drake he could probably do those crazy stunts. I don't want to see old geezers like Fillion and Walburg, give fresh faces a chance like Jensen Ackless. I love him in supernatural and he deserves a big movie role like this.
