Description
This was a genuinely fun exercise. usually i have a plan set up for how the character's going to look but with this i just went with whatever came to mind and that was a lot of fun to do.
'bit about her
She's some sort of bird-pony hybrid. She can hypnotize others by looking at them, when doing this her eyes change colors and sparkle. When not hypnotizing someone the iris and cornea of her eye is light grey. Her feathers change colors based off her mood. When there isn't an overwhelming emotion, her wings are a mix of colors. The tail can change size. The hand's just there, doin what a hand does.
