Just to let everyone know, I AM NOT THE CREATOR OF THE SHEET AND ART ITSELF, IS!Notice: My description, Fuzzies DON'T dissipate (or whatever in the game) when touched lol

Personality:
Clouded by the effects of touching/eating a Fuzzy, Luc becomes carefree having trouble balancing, but acting like it's a game to keep from falling. Also becomes hungry.
Fuzzy:
Yoshi's Island Reference
A creature that is spore-like, it floats around in the air without a care in the world, however if one is to touch this creature, a fart-like noise is made from the creature and afterwards the thing that touched it would become dizzy. This dizzy spell causes the world around the person to get distorted (the ground moves up and down, everything moves around, etc) as well as everything changing different colors. The person themselves, becomes clouded with happiness as their face becomes blushed with "spaced out" eyes and enjoys their time of being dizzy. Also while dizzy, to themselves their clothes start to form together, like a bodysuit, people that haven't touched a Fuzzy will not notice this though. (although they will here the sound if nearby when it gets touched) Fuzzies also have a sweet taste to them, like cotton candy which after consuming one, the person will want more. (however never actually gets full from it due to being partly made by air) Eating one however, will make the person start randomly farting white clouds behind them for a brief amount of time, making the exact same sound when a Fuzzy is touched. This causes the person to become even more dizzy.
Background (Story?):
Luc was going through a random forest one day (not noticing the caution sign that warns him about Fuzzies) when he noticed a white puff ball floating in the air. Confused, but noticing the harmless looking creature, he got closer to it and stared at how soft it looked. Finally deciding he grabbed it from the air, but as soon as doing so he heard a fart-like noise come from the creature and noticed the world start to shake around him. At first confused, but then the confusing turned into a bliss happiness he looked down at the fuzzy and noticed as he looked down that his clothes weren't exactly on him anymore, and instead was just a suit that covered his body, only leaving his olive boots left. His wings had also shrunk smaller... although he wouldn't be able to fly anyways with how he feels right now. Without so much a care, he hugged on the Fuzzy to feel how soft it was only to make it give out an even louder noise, which then caused Luc to start losing his balance on the ground below him, unable to keep still. This was when he noticed around him that more Fuzzies flew by. However, getting dizzy had made him feel extremely hungry all of a sudden... and without even thinking he ate the Fuzzy that he was hugging, and tasted a sweet sugary taste that had come from it. However... not too long after, he started feeling non-painful cramps in his stomach, which then in turn came out as a white cloud fart. However, it wasn't just one... he couldn't control himself, eventually tripping through the forest unable to stop himself seeing more Fuzzies as he went deeper... only to trip on a branch and get knocked out.
Eventually, when he woke back up he had forgotten about what had happened, and then just went on his way.
