Description
Thoughts: A rapid exercise, this one meant to be a bit manic or haunting - even taunting. I attend a Minecraft server to relax, and something I do is hide away riches for people to find, with only a cryptic statement to guide the way.The Treasure feeds on suffering, and grows in wealth...
Materials: Primarily graphite, ink, a touch of watercolor, and some digital texturing.

As you may be well-aware, that is specifically a Minecraft-chest.
I happen to run a weekly treasure hunt on the server I attend, with only cryptic clues as to the treasure's location. Perhaps I will have a related sketch come up soon... It takes a good amount of luck and effort to make the chest's contents most worthwhile. (I admit, I both do and do not want people to find it.)
What is in the box? Skulls of the Fallen, heads of dragons, wings of bone, blocks of crystal aether, rare artifacts, potions of Nothingness...

I see it as a form of generosity - and perhaps also luck, for either those who have simply happened across it (such has happened before, despite statistical chance), or those who actively seek it out. It brings some goodness and life to the community.
