Wait wait, that's a GUY?! o_O Well anyways it looks excellent. Her left hand looks very, very pro (our right), and I liked the way you coloured it with reference to the light source and whatnot. xDD The windy streaks look amazing as well!
The only thing I can probably nitpick is next time draw the white highlights of the hair OVER the lineart, to give it a more flowy feel. But yeah, kudos! You've improved LEAPS AND BOUNDS.
