He wanted a pic of his character Xion tickling Skippy (from the movie Robin Hood) x3.

In the context of the pic Skippy was practicing archery when he missed a shot, little was his fortune that the arrow ended up hitting one of Xion’s pumpkins xwx. So, to punish the rabbit, and completely not because he likes to tickle others, Xion decided to punish Skippy in a harmless and fun way to motivate him to not miss a shot like that again xD.
