who gave the idea of an Helia but as the "Helios God/Titan", with greek clothes and a second crown (those rays behind her, that are actually the support for her hairstyle).

I had 2 ideas for explain this:
-This is how Helia is represented in the dimention she create for the rodents, as a benevolent, kind being.
-Without the second crown, I saw it as Helia but going to the Paradasia beaches X3
