Age of Residents: 20+. Anyone younger than such will transform to the age of 25 if converted.
Resident Pronouns: She/Her.
Resident Height: Varied, but nothing below 5'10.
Residents Favorite Color: Pink is a shared loved color, although residents have their favorite color remain a close second.
Resident Species: So far, all human. Possible to change.
Resident Body Notes: All residents share F cup breasts, a smooth, lovely looking body, eyes of their favorite color, and lipstick of the same. Residents have different hair, but they have their favorite colors as such, and most, but not all, tend to be longer, smoother hair.
Resident Outfits: All residents share long, frilly dresses, white gloves, white socks which go to their waist, high heels, a headband, and a necklace. Anything not specified white retains the favorite color of the wearer. The necklaces share the favorite colors, except for the center gem, which is always a bright, cozy pink.
Resident Likes: Being polite, kind courteous, anything positive and posh. Cooking, Cleaning, Staying at home (except during neighborhood gatherings), jewlery, clothing, gardening, helping others, listening to others, long conversation, guests, more older technology such as phones on walls, boxed TVs, and much much more.
Resident Dislikes: People who are rude, implite, swearing, etc. Most modern technology such as mobile phones and flatscreen TVs, messes.
Redisent Strengths: Residents share a very polite, comforting atmostphere. Most individuals who are neutral about the area will find themselves feeling welcome, and comfortable, after even just a little conversation with one of the residents. Residents also share an extraordinary talent for cleaning, cooking, and maners, which is not quite helpful, aside from the fact that seeing them perform such makes one think about doing so. More negative or unwilling residents are more likely to resist this, but if a necklace is put onto them, their resistance fades swiftly.
Resident Weaknesses: Not very aggressive, let alone physically agile to back it up. A chase will easilly end with them failing, not that they would likely run in the first place, instead rather using their talking skills to persuade others. Will also panic if their primary outfit is stained in anyway.

Stepford Street is an odd anomaly neighborhood. Appearing seemingly out of nowhere, This area was abandoned until a few young adults (the age of 22, 23, and 24 respectivly) entered the neighborhood. The trio explored the houses, which, despite vacant, were filled with many items, and seemingly perfectly working accessories, although they were rather outdated. They split up, eager to explore the area. The 24 Year Old entered a house, and checked out one of the bedrooms, finding a closet with a wide variety of clothing, and a necklace with a pink center in the middle of a table next to the bed. Interested in it, she put the necklace on, her mind transforming to that of an old stepford wife. Swiftly putting on a new outfit, dying and polishing her hair, and putting on makeup, the self proclaimed "resident" went to the kitchen and began cooking.

Shortly after, the other two members of the group smelt the cooking, and inspected the house. Surprised to see their friend inside, in an entirely different state, they asked a few questions. The 24 year old, who tried to stress she was a "resident" in this area, simply talked about her necklace a good bit. The 23 year old questioned it, to which the 24 year old handed her another necklace, with a pink center as well, but a different outside color. Putting it on, the 23 year old soon stated that "she understood now", and dismissed herself to change. The 22 year old was confused and shocked, and attempted to leave, but upon taking a whiff of the meal that was being made, they shyly asked if they could help. Happy for the assistance, the 24 year old gifted the 22 year old a necklace, to which the same process occured.

A few months later, the neighborhood only grew in residents, who encountered somewhat similar stories, although varying from the amount of people they found during their initial visit. The neighborhood resides magically on maps, despite no outside person reporting on the area, and leaving after. The neighborhood has a newspaper, a news channel, standard cable and telephone connections, despite not having anything to create them. The neighborhood also only seems to contain women as residents, many taking more submissive stances, while very few gain a more dominant approach, while retaining a more older look and style to themselves.
