I was at a memorial by myself walking around and really didn’t expect to see much of anything regarding socked feet when I was there but I luckily came across a girl who was resting a stone a bench in an underpass. I guess she was tired from walking around because she had a pair really worn boots somewhat near her but more so behind her. Honestly it was bold because she was showing off a pair of thin white ribbed socks that were slightly stained and her worn boots behind her out of her sight! It was really a show and I could not have been more lucky. I don’t normally get this dating but for some reason I had a feeling I could nick her boots with out her even noticing! I got a sudden urge to want to try lol. I got closer and realized her eyes were close so either she was just resting or she had actually fallen asleep when she was laying on the stone bench. It was daring for her because Her boots were completely out of her sight and I’m honestly surprised no one nicked them already. I acted like I was on my phone and got a little closer. Once I was about a foot or two away I waited to see if she would move or look behind her but she didn’t!! I waited for the coast to be clear and nelt down and picked up her boots! Luckily I brought a bag or I would have had to leave with them right away but I after picking them up I walked back to where I first saw her and sat down and put them in my pack. These boots were heavenly. Complete black on the insoles, one of the laces were torn and neither boot was tied. Literally could tell she just slips in an out of them which made it even better. I zipped up my pack decided to wait for a bit to see what would happen when she wakes up. I must’ve waited almost 15 20 minutes but what happened next was priceless. She finally came too and got up from her laying position was checking her phone when she went to find her boots they weren’t there! She must’ve looked every where around that bench hoping they would turn up! Ofcourse they didn’t and she finally put her hand on her head and realized she had to leave the memorial in her socks. I was sitting almost 10 feet away pretending to be on my phone but managed to take a few photos Ofcourse. She saw me and hesitated to ask how long I’d been sitting there because someone stole her shoes. She couldn’t believe it but you could tell she wouldn’t be slipping her socked feet out of her shoes in a public place again. I told her I hadn’t and took a glance at her socks. She thanked me and walked away a brisk pace hoping no one noticed her predicament. I followed her for a few and watched and it was one of the most exciting things I have ever experienced. I ended up stopping and going my own way but things like this do no always present themselves and I wasn’t going to let it go to waste!!
