Whoever did it did a good job. She is fat, even maybe immobile, but the proportions work for me. She's bulging everywhere, but except for her belly, which though outsized looks fine, her boobs, butt, legs etc. appear as though they could be possible, just on a VERY heavy woman. and her feet and hands are appropriately small. Very much my kind of fantasy fat girl.
