Elites are purple when their first born???? o3o cause i do not get it....... i throught they were just... you know... brown... O_o very strange..

Humans can be green or yellow when they are born.. I imagine their skin pigment becomes denser over time, and they would never have had sunlight in an egg or womb, so at the very least they would be paler. since the elites have such a strong colour blood, and newborns have thin weak skin, the colour of the blood might overpower any colour of their skin, just look at newly hatched birds and their eyes.

Oh they do, and the one titled Bloodline has Spartan Team: Black, from the Halo Evolutions short story, Blunt Instruments.
Halo: Helljumper has Romeo and Dutch, from H3 ODST.
Halo: The Fall of Reach, while it differs slightly from the original novel, we do finally get to see John's face when he was a child.
Halo: Uprising tells us what happened while he was on the Dreadnought between Halo 2 and Halo 3.

I never had a problem getting lost on Legendary, had played the game enough times on lower difficulties to avoid that, it was just that I died a lot along the way.

It's interesting. After his augmentation, when he's an adolescent, his face becomes obscured in several ways and you can never get a clear shot of what he looks like. You can see his eyes though.
Oh, and I forgot to mention, Halo: Uprising also reveals the fate of Colonel James Ackerson.

I quite liked the novels by Eric Nylund, but the one by Joseph Staten did not appeal to me. I enjoy reading about the elites and other alien species, the humans are not interesting to me.

The Cole Protocol dives into Sangheili culture and tells you about Thel 'Vadamee, the Elite who would one day become the Arbiter.
And Contact Harvest really gives you a lot of detail about the Covenant races. It talks about the Jackals, the Brutes and the Prophets in particular.
The Forerunner Saga gives you the TRUE account of what happened 100 000 years ago... and your perception of the Halo universe will never be the same. I'll be surprised if your mind doesn't explode. The first book, Cryptum, is from the point of view of a young Forerunner. You learn more about the Didact and the Librarian in these books.
Halo Glasslands is the sequel to Ghosts of Onyx. And you learn more about Elites as they try to adapt without the Covenant.

Yeah, I love the idea of tails on elites. Maybe they loose them when they get older like frogs on earth, or maybe they cut them off like a strange ritual in coming of age. Or maybe we just pretend they had tails like bungie originally intended!

He he, ugh! A tail cutting coming-of-age ritual! I actually like that .. it somehow feels very Sangheilian. 
They could have had a short little stubby tail, couldn't they? One that wouldn't have gotten in the way of sitting and so on.
