Ghasts scare me alot more than Creepers do. Their shrieking makes me jump sometimes. X3 And their exploding loogies. >_< Those drive me nuts.

You can do the same with their fireballs, and you can deflect them by doing so. Or did you know that already?

ghast are these thing around nether goar and scream when hit by arrow or a weapon and shoot fire balls at you if they see you you can make portal to go to nether by using obsidians block read at the wiki [link]
