haven't read it, might check it out, always looking for new books. I was thinking like in Stephen King's Dark Tower, kind of post-apocalyptic, but you don't actually have a clue what has happened and when. Glad you like the painting!

Do you ever have stories attached to these pictures? Because it looks like it belongs in a book.

well, yeah, in a way. I have a world in mind, what the characters are about and what they are like and so on, and some general story. Sometimes more. And I'm trying to figure out how to show as much as I can in the painting, emphasize things with light, color etc. I'm still not good enough at it I feel, but I'm slowly getting there. Never writing proper storied down though, I'm no writer.
