Backstory:
Elizabeth was a normal girl that grew up in the real world, Brooklyn specifically.
She eventually came to know the story of a famous plumber falling in a pipe and living into a magical world. Interested by it, she started looking for the magic pipe until she found it and fell into the Mushroom Kingdom. She was later found by some Toads and Princess Peach who decided to take her under her protection along with the Mario Bros after a failed attempt to convince her to go back to the real world. Later during her stay in the Mushroom Kingdom, she eventually came to know about the Koopalings and fell into a sort of crazy love with the oldest, Ludwig Von Koopa and now still tries the hardest to be noticed by him.

Bonus Facts:
She has currently been kidnapped three times. One was a pseudo kidnapping by Bowser that only lasted four seconds since Elizabeth was too annoying. The other two had Count Bleck as the author and Mario fortunately managed to save her.
