I wanted to draw a really colourful Jules and Vaylin pic for my birthday but then my boss told me I was working all day today and tomorrow so OTL
so I thought id just post my first design sketches for Jules and Vaylin instead
Vaylin was originally supposed to look a lot like Jules with long rabbit ears, a pink pallet, and darker skin. Because his concept was originally Jules's older brother. But then he ended up looking so different I just made them cousins.
And Jules was going to have just normal dainty ears, which I'm so glad I changed to the fluffy bunny ones he has now. He was going to also be a more emotionless kind of character instead of the sass a frass he is today XD
I could do a whole traditional sketch dump of these two nerds but my traditional sketches are usually really bad and messy compared to my digital ones, Which is weird because I sketch way more traditionally XD.
