T-This is Cloude Trotter... He's... Well, my version o-of Fluttershy's d-d-daddy, I mean, if he looks good enough. I Hope... You like it, I mean, you don't have to, just, please ♥
Full name: Cloude Trotter (nickname Cloude, also called Skyfall by his brother's and father as insult)
Race: Pegasus
Cutie mark: three fluffy clouds. They resemble his softness and calmness. Also he loves clouds and napping on them. Because of his CM, the mayor of Ponyville thought his special talents was clearing the skies. This way he got his job as Weather patroler of Ponyville, while sucking at it. Like, really.
Personality: shy, friendly, nervous, sensitive, gentle, well-mannered, socially awkward but actually a really good friend
Facts:
- faint's when's he's afraid
- extremely clumsy
- blushes a lot
- haves a job as weather patroler in Ponyville (but sucks at it)
- talks with a lot of half sentences: "Umh, my name is... Cloude Trotter. Just call me C-C-Cloud. I mean, if you want to..." and haves a really soft but very sweet and warming voice
- say's sorry a lot
- loves to tell his daughter his own self made bedtime stories
- loves his mother but dislikes his father and older brothers. Still wants them to be proud of him

Well, despite the fact that Fluttershy now has canon parents, given their color schemes, Cloude Trotter and Petalblush would make plausible parents for Fluttershy's mother.

i love your designs for fluttershy's parents to bad they where show in the show but they can so past as Mrs.Shy's parents (fluttershy's grandparents then) you would just needs change the eye color like i really see then as Mrs.Shy's parents

Ever since I heard the idea of her dad being an ex-Wonderbolt who still loves the butterflies out of his (usually a) weak flier daughter, I've always been really partial to the idea but the idea of him being just like her is adorable, too. :3
