Rash!! The fastest in the team!! A new Battletoads game would be cool!!This is the final day of the May character project!

Hello Luigi. I've been wondering if you're still working on or thinking of that project you started some years ago, Leo's Forest. As many others who follow you here on dA I wish that it could someday become something for real and I understand that you have little time for that right now, but please let us know if there are news or if you have new ideas about that. Sorry for having posted this under an artwork that doesn't have anything to do with Leo's Forest, but it's your most recent drawing and I felt it'd be best asking you down here. Thank you! I'm really happy you're still interested in Leo's Forest. I definitely want to continue working on it someday, right now it's just on sketchbooks and in my head whenever I have an idea. It's very important to me and I want to do things right, so I think I need to be patient for a little bit until I can start working on it seriously. I'll at least try and upload new illustrations for some ideas I have! I'll be sure to keep everyone up to date whenever I have something to share! Thanks again!

You are ridiculous. Did you seriously do all of this for free?? Way to go getting taken-advantage off by Playtonic to advertise them. A normal person would've demanded to get paid for this.

That's one opinion, but I chose to do this project for a number of reasons. It expands my portfolio, introduces my art to people who may not have seen it otherwise, I support a project that I am truly passionate about (if you've seen my work on Leo's Forest or A Hat in Time you'll understand why), I make connections with new people, my art skills improve because I'm drawing more often, and lastly I did this just because I wanted to.
In my opinion, making art isn't about the money, it's about being able to create something and reach out to people. In my case, I like to use my art to make people smile.
I appreciate your concern, but I chose to support something that I like because I can
