The last one, with the jersey, his face reminds me of the character Rick Dicker, the government agent from The Incredibles movie!

Sure it is! I never stated that we were restricted to staying within the shape. In fact it's a rule to simply use the shapes as inspiration, though some choose to stay within the lines and that's fine too.
